A native New Yorker, Winifred Stone was born and raised in Queens. She attended LaGuardia High School where she was trained in Fine Art and obtained her B.A. in Art History. Her background and experiences working internationally gives her the ability to see things from various perspectives, and approach matters diplomatically. Prior to real estate, she had a career in education, international relations, healthcare and social work.
As Director of Operations and Administration, Winifred handles each transaction with care, and delivers her service with integrity, dedication, and attention to detail. Winifred is the coordinator of every aspect of the real estate deal, including listing management, marketing, board packages, scheduling and beyond. When a challenge arises, Winifred is always ready with a professional, positive attitude to deliver impeccable service.

Nancy Donahue was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, and attended nearby Lasell College and Newbury College. She earned A.A. Degrees from both universities, in Fashion Merchandising from Lasell and in Culinary Arts from Newbury, where she graduated top of her class. She was discovered in college, became one of the top models of the 80’s, and went on to work as a pastry chef, a certified personal trainer, a fitness director of a high-end country club, and an entrepreneur. Having worked in such a range of high-profile industries, Nancy has formed connections across the city, which she plans to leverage in her real estate career.
In all of her professions, Nancy’s networking and communication skills have proved her most important attributes. She supports her natural knack for relationship building with her learned business development and professionalism, and her pas … t clients commend her for her honest and hardworking approach. Nancy has lived and worked in New York City on and off since 1978, in many different neighborhoods and types of apartments. She’s currently dwelling in the Upper West Side, enjoying the nearby Riverside and Central Park. She herself has learned the importance of having a ‘home’ in the city, no matter the size. In addition to frequenting her local parks, Nancy also practices yoga daily and enjoys distance swimming. She has completed the swim from Alcatraz twice, and also recently swam from the Statue of Liberty to the Clock Tower in New Jersey.
