Receive a rebate 5 days after a closing when we represent you as a Buyers Broker & you successfully close on your purchase. Additionally, you don't pay us a penny for our services.
For example: On a $1,000,000 home purchase you will receive a $5,000 rebate check!(1/2% of contract price)
The NY State Attorney General has endorsed this recent change in the law and encourages brokers to share their commission with consumers to encourage greater competition in the marketplace which ultimately benefits consumers.
